EdSmart and Civica to support Department for Education South Australia in freeing teacher time across 900 schools

Melbourne, Australia, September 21, 2018: The Department for Education South Australia (‘The Department’) has announced it will implement Civica Education Suite (CES), featuring EdSmart’s forms, process and workflow functionality, across its jurisdiction.

The department selected the software suite to free up teacher time and shift focus from school administration to teaching and learning after a rigorous selection process.

The software will help over 900 sites including pre-schools, primary schools, high schools and other educational institutions, deliver against The Department’s key outcomes, which include:

·       Improved learning and care

·       Improved analytics and reporting

·       Improved tools to support management of sites
